Hi guys. I know this question has been asked a million times on here but Im looking to put the 2013-2014 tail lights on my 2010 Mustang GT. I know how to put them in and I know theyre available. I've just been looking for cheap, used ones and can't find them anywhere. Ideally, I'd like to pay from 400-600 for the assembly. If anyone has any links to a cheap set that'd be great! Thanks!

Good luck finding them cheap, that $600 price is on the low side of what they go for each used.

A new set is around $1600. I'd spend my money on something more significant.

I've seen a few on ebay before when I was keeping an eye out for a friend who wanted them on his 2012. There were a few full assemblies that sold for 1000ish, most had a scratch or two of course. I think someone on this forum found a full assembly for really cheap, though both sides had minor cracks.

IMO. Replacing the 2010-12 taillights with the newer versions would be a downgrade, not an upgrade.

id sell you my passenger side one for pretty cheap once i get a new one. I got a small crack on the lens. I only have 600 miles on the car. I just looked at ebay and they range from 400-850.

Not everyone wants to look at plastic candy canes for the other 11 months of the year ;)

And not everyone wants to look at lights that belong in a carnival. The lights on the 2011-12 are designed the same as the one's used in all the other Mustangs built since 1964 and they did all right for nearly 50 years with no complaints. auto.gif

The 2012 lights don't look that bad. I've been looking for something to make them look better. The 2013-2014 lights was definitely first on my list but the price was ridiculous. I think I found an okay alternative aside from aftermarket parts:

10 12 Ford Mustang Smoked Painted Tail Lights Custom 2013 2014 Style Brake | eBay

These look pretty good! They aren't 2013-2014 exactly, but dang I think I may do this AND they give you back 200 bucks if you send back your old 2012 lights. So it's about 200 bucks to get the lights setup like that. I'm still looking though.
