I just bought a 2015 Mustang GT Premium with 24,000 miles. Today it started cutting off or dying at stops or as I'm coming to a stop. It's idling up and down and then it dies. Any clues from anyone?

It could be many different things causing such an issue so the first thing to do is scan the car for trouble codes. That will narrow down what the problem is. Are there any aftermarket parts on the car?

All true^^, that would usually indicate fuel starvation. Lack of air would indicate a rough choppy mode like choke (TB) partially closing.
