So I heard that Ford does offer the coolant that they recommend in the owner manual anymore so I got Prestone Platinum. My biggest concern is that my mustang had red/orange coolant color and this was lime green. The owner manual said you can not mix colors but other sites said this is safe. Basically am I safe with topping some off or do I need to do a complete flush ? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

If you've got orange, you can use the yellow to top up. I would not mix the Prestone in with the MC coolant.
