3.73 Or 4.10 For My 2005 Mustang GT

I dont recall if GT's in 05 come with a y-pipe or not. If they do, then putting in an H-pipe for sound, or an x-pipe for power is easy.

I would also suggest putting in a bigger throttle body.

I dont know anything about tuning though :/

Tunes are safe, good way to open the stang up a bit more. Id do 3.73's if u dont want to sacrifice gas mileage alot and still want a faster accel. 4.10's if u daont care about gas mileage and want even faster accel. You can use the tuner to calibrate it to whatever gears you get.

The 05-09 come with the X and H Pipes, not the Y. Alright i was thinking upon the X-Pipe with Longtubes, A bigger Throttle Body, with the 3.73 Gears (Because it's my daily driver),
Thanks. I'm still a little nieve about the Tunes but i will consider it. I think that since i have a CAI i should get a 75MM TB (I think that's that size) so it can breathe and get more air flow.

red1999cobra just re-affirmed that the gears are determined by how fast you want to accelerate, and do you care about the gas mileage? Haha. :shigrin The right foot kinda controls that.

I do not really care about gas mileage, if i was concerned i would have bought something else.

CAI and tune combo. Full LongTube exhaust with an H or X pipe. TB's are a waste of money IMO unless you are S/C or turbo. Pullies are worth a little, but an Intake Manifold would be a better purchase IMO
