Can anyone please tell me what a F1SE-BB or E1SE-BB, I don't know what it came out of?. can anyone teach me how to decode this?

That engineering number is only what the block was originally designed (engineered) for. It does not mean that's what it came out of. Maybe it did. Maybe it didn't. If you want to know for sure what it came out of, there is a partial VIN stamped on the top-rear of the block somewhere. Sometimes it's on the driver-side rear, just below the deck (where the head bolts to the block). Sometimes it's on a flat pad just behind where the intake bolts on.
