That's possible but it'd be a stout engine. Any preferences like supercharged? Turbo? All engine? Nitrous? Each one can make that number but if you could narrow it down to which one then we could get a game plan for you.
Plan on at least 11:1 compression, heads approaching at least 275cfm flow on intake and 200cfm on exhaust, 240 duration or higher cam at .050 lift with .550 or higher lift, ported Vic Jr intake, and 750 DP carb. Should get you close if you put your car on a diet.
10.0 - 10.5 CR, TFS TW 190cc FAC heads, HR or TLSR custom camshaft, Victor Jr. intake, 780-800 CFM carburetor, 1.75" LT headers, 100% N/A..... and still be able to use it every day with the A/C on if required.
