If I had a Mustang GT 4,6L v8 from 2006 (about 300 bhp stock)

what would I need to get it up to about 400-450 Bhp?

Is it possible to make it run without to much maintenence and issues? (Like a stock car would)

(I was thinking super charger, but as much as I like power, I like sound and I don't like the sound of super chargers)

is it possible to get a super charger to run perfectly without, to many other upgrades ?

So far as I'm aware, the only way you will make 450 hp, at the tires or flywheel, is going to be a supercharger, turbo or N2O. Mod motors, with the exception of the Coyote 5.0, just do not make big power mixed with driveability and reliability in N/A form.

You would need to post over in the 2005-2010 section (you're in the wrong 4.6 section for this) to get more specific info, but as a ballpark answer I can tell you that a supercharger of choice producing between 8-10 psi, intercooled, larger injectors and fuel pump and a good dyno tune would get you close to the numbers you want and should be daily driver reliable.
