I used to have a 5.0 with 373 gears and i thought that it was murder because it was my daily driver. I want to get gears for my 98, and i heard that its different because a 5.0 is pushrod, and the 4.6 is modular. I hardly ever go to the track, and i drive about 50 miles perday in my 98 gt, so should i go with 373's or 355's or even 390's??????

I like my 3.90s. 5th gear - 2500rpm = 75mph
I get about 22mpg avg with mostly around town driving.
If the 50 miles a day are mostly highway or 50mph+ secondary roads, you might want to go with the 3.73s. If not go 3.90s or 4.10s.

i would recommend the 3.73's for daily drivin, especially if u do a lot of highway drivin.......
