Fit? Sure it'll fit, getting it to work is another story. You'll have to swap out wiring and such to make it work, not really much gain for all the effort either. If you're gonna torture yourself may as well go 4V 4.6L, atleast there's parts for it to make it work in a Mustang, 5.4L parts tend to be handmade or VERY VERY expensive.
