I recently bought a 64.5 260 Power steering car that had been sitting nearly 30 years. I replaced everything in front end. Including control arms. There is a lot of squeaking in the front on bumps. The alignment shims have fallen out several times. At first I thought the nuts were backing off, then shims fall out. The last time, they popped out with so much force, it sounded like hitting plate steel with a hammer. It is only on passengers side any ideas?

Your front end needs to be aligned again. A shop will re fit new shims to the Upper Control Arm to get the alignment right. To fix the squeak, you need to replace the bushing in the UCA, sometimes it is easier just to buy a new UCA and be done with it.

Everything is new. Uper, lower control arms, springs, saddles, shocks, tie rods, etc. Shims popped out 2 days after it was aligned.

Somebody never tightened the bolts up properly then. Take it back to the shop.
