Once you get better heads or larger cam I would go to 70mm.

I have a similar build, and plan on doing heads and larger cam. Would a 70 be a bad choice running with out heads? Or will a 65 be enough to support heads and larger cam?

Probably best to start your own thread instead of reviving a 6 year old one. Plus you need to better inform us what you have now....what your future plans are....when do you plan to do all these mods.....

Way too many variables :yup:

The TFS intake has a 75mm opening so logically you should run a 75mm TB and a 75mm or bigger MAF.

I agree. Not that you need too as has been stated earlier, depends on the variables of your specific setup, but you would only want to go as far as your intake opening, unless you're into some kind of forced induction, IMHO.
