67 Fastback installation of back stationary panel on fold-down seat

I purchased a 67 Fastback this past fall and have been working through the winter restoring the interior. I am adding a fold-down rear seat and feel I have most of the installation procedure pinned down but I am not clear on how the rear stationary section is fastened. I know there are two machine screws that go down through the forward area of this panel and screw into the rear seat hinge. Where I am unclear is if/how it is fastened on the back-most part of this section. My car was a non-fold-down. Any help, and preferably some pictures would be of great help.

Willie, I'm working from memory (which my wife says is spotty at best). I believe you should have 4 attachment screws. Two will be in the front, as you've seen. The rear two are camouflaged as holddown screws for the oval shaped chrome perches. If you flip the trim over, there should be two "tongues" fastened to the underside. They correspond to brackets on the hump of the floor. Installation goes this way; slide the trim section back (towards the trunk area) until the tongues slide under the brackets and then install the long screw (1 per side) through the trim into the tongue in order to sandwich the bracket.
My concern for you is that I'm not sure you have the hump brackets. I don't know if the bracket was deleted on fixed seat cars.

Thanks. I do have the bracket in question and your description and the website explain perfectly. I've been to folddownseat.com several times and could not find all the information that the link above gave me access to
