68 mustang ignition coil

Hi,

I need to replace the ign. coil in my 68 mustang V8 302. I checked on Autozone website and found this one (Duralast/Ignition Coil (C819) | 1968 Ford Mustang 8 Cylinders J 5.0L 4BL | AutoZone.com_) but the description did not say if it will work with the resistor wire. Talked to the tech at local Zone but he has no idea. Do you think this will work with the resistor coil? Should I upgrade the coil?

If you are still running the original ignition system (points), then that one will work.
