wich should I go with with my current mods..note:still running 19lb injectors

You could go with either of them, so it's up to you. Both will support what level of mods you currently have, and future mods as well.

In this case,why would bigger be better with my current mods?I dont want to go bigger on my injectors.

either one will work just fine

A 75mm mass air will support up to 600 hp, no need for a monster meter because the engine will ingest just so much air.
