I just baught a 78 v/8 mustang to take the drive train out to put in my 75 pinto does anyone know what the horse power for stock 1978 302 is
and iam going to sell the rest of the car it is arizona so it has no rust bidy oretty straight

I would guess somewhere around 125 hp . Thats the smog era crap . The heads cam and intake are choking the hell out of that motor as well as the exhaust .
