I did this about six yrs ago, hard to remember. I think I just pryed it apart, it came apart at the seams...mostly. I used silicone to seal it and some small screws to hold it together. Let know how it goes.
86 Must. GT - Evaporator replacement
How do you seperate the suitcase when you replace the evaporator. It's not screwed together. Is it glued or bonded together? I replaced the heater core. I thought the evaporator would be a simple drop-in,but it's not. Anybody who has been there please reply. Thanks
