Under your drivers seat your relay should have an orange/light blue wire going on, this is your voltage in headed toward your fuel pump, and it comes out as a pink/black wire and runs to the pump. Power comes from pin 37 on the EEC to the fuel pump relay in a red/black wire and out as a tan/light green wire back to the EEC pin 22.
I think I got that right. Use a multimeter to see if you've got power coming out the pink/black wire to the fuel pump when you turn the key. If you do, it's the pump.
