Hi guys, my rear running lights are not working. Rear Blinkers, Brakes, Hazards work just fine. The front is 100%. It is just the rear running lights. I checked it with the volt meter and the running lights are getting no power, checked fuses...all good.
Does anyone have any ideas or experienced this before?

The GT's ahve an issue with the fog lights melting the wiring (usually at the switch) Pull the switch see what the wires look like

Thanks for the quick response. I checked the switch and it actually looks surprisingly new! I reseated the connection and no change. No melting, burnt wires/plastic, etc. Any other ideas? I am guessing the switch might be bad, is there anyway to test it?

Also are there any connections in between the switch and the tail lights that i can check? I have a Haynes wiring diagram but doesn't show breaks.

Mustang FAQ - Wiring, Engine, Air Bag, ABS Home Page this may help little better dia. Find the tailight wires in the switch and see if jumping 12v into them makes them come on.

Check your BOO switch (Brake On/Off switch) down by your brake pedal. I just replaced mine the other day...I had everything else except brake lights....
