I bought new parking brake cables for my 90 with rear disc brakes. I installed them, gave it a go, and no brake.

I just remembered you have to mod your handle? can anyone direct me to the info I need or help me?

thanks

what parking brake cables did you buy? i need some

Since LHolguin said he needed to mod his e-brake handle I'll assume he's gone to disc brakes in the rear. The 2 rear cables are getting hard to find the center cable you can get through Summit or LMR.

Center adjustable cable - M-2810-A
Rear cables - F3ZZ-2A635-A

However if you need rear e-brake cables for your drum brakes.

Summit carries all the cables last I checked. The ebrake handle needs to be tack welded so it doesnt ratchet anymore. You may need to tighten the adj when you get the right cables

Nope........Summit no longer carries the rear cables for the rear disc brakes.

Rear cables (for 87-92) - M-2809-A

Summit does the center adjustment cable though.
