Just got a 93 Mustang GT convertible to start as a driving project. Car has MSD Blaster2 coil, MSD cap and wires, Headers (not sure of brand), Intake breather ran behind fender with K&N filter, 2 1/2 exhaust, Flowmaster mufflers, and i am running premium fuel. I am having an issue with take-off. When i accelerate hard it bogs down and then takes off and i am getting horrible gas mileage. I am going to look at the timing today and would like to know what a good place to put it would be. I am new to the mustangs and would like some help. Thanks

Got rid of the K&N (oil contamination and a host of other issues), clean the intake & associated assemblies........that would be my 1st recommendation to start
