94 GT w/ Edelbrock RPM Vacuum Line Routing?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if someone could give me a diagram of where all the vac lines go from off of the manifold. I have 1 small line off the neck (behind the TB), 1 large one from the underside of the runners (which currently goes directly to the vac tree), and from the stock manifold i took the tree that has 2 small and 1 large at the backside (technically the side) of the manifold (the large goes down to the lower manfold, and the 2 small ones, one i think goes somewhere on the passenger side of the car, and the other small line i think goes to a tree that one part goes somewhere, and then the other part goes down to the FPR. The mechainics that put on my manifold, I don't think they did it right since I often have idle surges. Either way, I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE LINES ALL SHOULD GO. I have it all hooked up now, and its been like that for the longest time, and it runs decent, except for the surging, but I really want to route it all the way it SHOULD be, not just to make it run. I have purchased a vac/boost gauge, and will hook it up to see if i have any leaks.

This isn't really a big problem, I just want to do it right so I know that it wouldnt be the cause of anything if a problem pops up down the line ...
