so i went to replace my ignition cylinder and while switching cylinders it starting beeping loudly and then stopped. i finally got the new cylinder and key in and turned it to start and it would turn over but not start. i never disconnected the battery. so i surfed google and nothing was really helping. i got the new cylinder and keys from rockauto.com for 50 bucks it has the black end like the stock key. so after tinkering with swapping my 2 ignition cylinders it wont even turn the motor over now. it just clicks really fast. im really confused as to what to do. any help?

There are tons of "allways on" circuits. So it's seems reasonable to me to check all of the fuses.

I will go out on a limb and say that it won't crank because anti-theft (PATS) is locking out. Why? Because there are blown fuses.
