Ok I have a 99 mustang gt stock with the exception of a cold air and an intake manifold off a 2000 mustang gt upgrad. I am looking for the best bang for my buck to see what everyone believes is the next step for me in the future I plan to install a 4 v bottom end for its strength and ability to hold out on the power in eventually hoping to achieve as well as a cobra crank and forged pistons but obv that's down the road a bit for right now I'm looking for advice on x pipes, throttle bodies, headers, and even different suspension additives that people like...... So help me out if you could ..... Ps my car is tune with a premium super chip

should have said all your answers will be found. I know, I found answers that worked for me that way. Anything you want to know about cost, performance, and where to get it is there on throttle bodies, headers, plenums, chassis upgrades, suspension, brakes, you name it. Have fun with it.

Get an o/r x or h pipe ($150), short throw shifter ($150-$200) if your car is m/t or J-Mod valve body if auto (Google it, I've seen them for under $100), gears/tuner ($500-ish, + about 4 hrs labor installation cost), subframe connectors (MM or UPR) and lca's (anything with at least one spherical bushing, no poly/poly arms), and throttle body/plenum upgrade (prices vary, figure anywhere from like $150-$300).

Do those things and your car will scoot pretty good.

If you have future plans for the short block, then save the cash for it. Building the short block will be an easy few thousand dollars. But if you really want to spend just look to into getting a cat-back, lowering springs, c/c plates, sub-frames, steeda bump steer, rear upper and lower control arms, gears, 5 speed: a shifter and a better clutch - auto: a converter. This alone will set you back at least a thousand. See how quick it adds up. You could be a 1/3 rd or a 1/4 away from your short block build.
