I am in the process of buying a 1983 LX. I would like to return it to orginal condition. The following is what I was told was changed and what I need help with:
Wheels, It has a newer model with the plastic centers. 4 bolt.
Trans, owner said the previous owner replaced it because Ford was having problems with the orginal.
I don't have any Idea where to look for replacements. Did a web search last night which is how I found this site.

Thanks a bunch, She won't be up here before Xmas unless my brother in law can arrange to get the body work done and I get a wind fall of $$$! Sister in law is driving her up, we in the family are making bets on how many tickets she gets!:laughlitt
