Hello,
I've never been on a forum before but...
I just brought home my first mustang and first project car, a 1966 289 coupe. It is pretty much a shell. I must be nuts.
We're starting from the ground up. My roommate, absolute car fiend, and serious help on this wants to make it more custom then restoration, and makes good points. Any advise on a happy a medium? I like the old lines, if I didn't, I'd have gotten a newer one but don't have any hard thoughts on how much upgrading and modernization will be under the hood.
I figure I have a couple years to get it all together.
