Hello, I’ve seen similar topics but nothing identical to my experience so I’d just like to get some opinions. I have a 2018 Mustang GT PP1 A10 tranny. I normally let the car run until the RPM’s come down before putting it into gear and driving away. When I put it in gear, the whole car jumps ridiculously. I’m not exaggerating from outside the car, the whole rear end Boggs down. It feels as if I just hit something. It doesn’t do this in any other gear just drive. It doesn’t matter what the temperature is. It could be 30 degrees or 90 degrees. Same result. Once I have been driving for say 20 min it goes into drive like butter. You don’t feel a thing. I had the transmission fluid checked, no issue there. No check engine light or any warning indicators. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Well.. I got that long awaited Phone call from Ford today. Turns out the Valve Body is shot. I can’t believe a three year old 18K mile car that cost nearly $50K has a bad valve body…. Thankfully it’s covered under warranty. Im hoping I get the car back with the problem resolved and no other problems.
