Hello,

I wonder where do you mount or place your subwoofer in your Mustang? I do not the big box woofer type. I like the small one( slim type subwoofer -Similar to the Amplifier size).

in the trunk where it belongs!
I corner loaded a bazooka powered sub in my trunk. All the connections easily come off, so loss of trunk space isn't an issue.
That is waaaay too steep for me!
this is what i did its custom

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look around here.

ShortySmalls,
Yes- I like it in the trunk. Our 500SL back home- They mount it below the foot rest(passenger side). I do not want that kind of set up in our mustang.hehe

donfromnaples.
Thanks,

jasinedward,

I need something simple like the Bazooka AMP.

12v6stang,

Wow- That's real nice but I just want a simple one.

Grim2013 & masonicmustang,

Yes- i - I think that's more like it-Small & simple. bazooka AMP- Any pics of your set up
I got the MTX thunderform, and love it! Super light, hidden and best of all, fits a 12" sub:
Thunderform Series FMUST05 | Ford - Mustang 2005-2012 | MTX Audio

The thunderform I got was from ebay. It came with a sub and the box for under $300. The sub is decent, but I wanted a bit more so I got an RF P3 shallow mount DVC running at 1 Ohm.

The box color matches the carpet perfectly and fit a shallow mount dvc with a large magnet just fine. Sounds great too! I mounted my amp on the opposite side for equal weight balance since I hit up road courses.

Here's the opposite side where I put the amp:

x2.... love mine! They even offer a self-powered one if you don't want to mess with a separate amp.

Yeah, I believe the self powered one runs around $500.
