I agree, there's better choices for a stroker than the Ford cams. That will depend on what you want out of the engine, is it going in a daily driver, a weekend toy, a strip car, I'm guessing a street car.
And a ported Cobra would be borderline, you'd do better to go with an Edelbrock RPM II, TFS Track Heat or the R Series, a BBK R Series, or a Holley Systemax II intake. With such an engine, you'd be bypassing the airflow capabilities of the Cobra.
