i was wondering if on a boosted motor if its better to put a breather filter on the valve cover ?
I have the oil blow back tube now tied into the intake now installed the turbo i guess from the boost pressure its blew out the valve cover gasket.

would venting the valve cover on the driverside stop the blow back from comeing out the valve cover

its a sn95 1994 5.0 any help would be greatly be helpful this is the 2nd time this has happend when i put my intake on and now after the turbo you guys think my pcv valve is shot

Do you still have a PCV system?
the only thing i removed was the smog pump correct me if im wrong isnt the pcv valve in the valvecover

No, its in the back side of the lower intake manifold.
i have a holley systemax2 upper and lower intake i dont remember intalling a pcv valve on it when i installed it what would be the best way to correct the oil blow back
By the way, an extra breather will help. Some of that boost is blowing past the rings, thus making too much pressure in your crankcase. An extra breather will allow the excess pressure to release.
on the back of the lower manifold. But since your boosted, you need to eliminate any way that Boost can get to the Crank case. Getting rid of the PCV system, and running Breathers on the Valve covers is one option.

Where is the line that runs from the Oil filler neck ran to?
thanks alot i guess when the vaccum turns to boost it dosent allow the gasses to escape trough the little oil breather line to the intake

Thanks greatly for the help she ran like a goat on fire untill the gasket let loose spedo bounceing off of 135

also i dont like the way the waste gate dump tube sounds im thinking about tieing it into the down pipe
what do you guys think
the oil filler neck line is run into the main vaccum port on the intake
thus i think from the great knolege i have just gaind from the help you guys have given was the wrong thing for me to tie into

Yep the line from the filler neck needs to be before the boost. Which may be hard on a turbo setup. Not sure, never messed with turbo's. Same thing for the PVC valve, its getting boost also, even though its a one way valve. The stock PCV is not designed for that.

My advice is add breathers on the Valve covers, and do away with the filler neck tube and PCV valve
