Its not very hard if you get one meant for your car, just takes basic handtools, a jack and stands. American muscle might have install instructions posted, they have a lot of installs for download
aftermarket auto shifter, how hard to install?
im looking at an aftermarket shifter for my auto,how hard is it to put in?

Its not hard at all. I installed an aftermarket auto shifter similar to the one you showed and it took about 10 minutes to install. Mine is a T-handle shifter but man i really like the one you posted. Looks good!
