Thanks Stl.....I absolutely love the mirrors. I don't think pictures even do them justice. They look light years better than the stock mirrors.

I thought using the mirrors might be an issue but I didn't really have to get used to them that much. Of course I haven't driven it with the top up yet either....
Car looks good. And the Agent47 mirrors look very good on your car.
What did you do with the boot for the convertible top at the show?

Gary, that looks awesome! I am glad you all talked me into those mirrors. Now I just need to get mine painted and installed. Your car is looking fabulous.
I've been somewhat undecided in my opinion of the Agent47 mirrors, but they look great on your car Fuzzy! I think I like them better on the verts than the coupes... goes great with the CDC chin spoiler too. Nicely done! :)
Looks much better then the old truck size mirrors. I'm thinking real hard about changing mine.
The mirrors, and the chin spoiler both look great :bigthumbsup Iam sure it turned plenty of heads at the show.
Those look sweet on your ride FuzzyDice! :bigthumbsup They look a lot better than factory.
G
Gary, those look excellent! Congratulations! My brother has those on his car and they don't look as good as they do on yours... I think because you have black on black... niceeeeeeeee! :bigthumbsup
Those look really nice. The more I see them, the more convinced they'll compliment the look on my car.
Oh well, what's one more mod...
Those mirrors are looking very good on your car, Gary! I'm guessing their popularity will double, if not triple, now that you've posted pics of them painted and installed!

Awesome!

What did you do with the boot for the convertible top at the show?
The boot stayed at home....lol. There was one other convertible there that had it and when I saw the guy taking it off when he was about to leave, I should have watched him.....

Was a beautiful day....but the pollen is still at high levels. People spent half their time dusting off their cars....lol.

Absolutley normal. I do a full blown wash/polish the day before (some times the prior days before) a show. I get to the show, set up and start detailing all over again. During the day I will dust or lightly detail the car through out the show, mainly because of the pollen and dust that shows up on a black car.
Looks really good, Gary! :bigthumbsup
I think you've inspired me to get some half mirror covers for my red one. :hihi:
I left my A47 Mirrors unfinished on my Black 07 Vert and i luv the way it looks but the Painted is looks great 2!

The mirrors do take a lil getting used to because the OEM mirrors paint so much more of the picture of what goin on behind you. When i first got them i could never trust my initial judgement and always had to second guess and take another looks, the Answer:

I installed 2 small circular blind spot mirror in the far corner of each mirror and it helps A LOT, with those installed you can be confident that theres nothing lurking in your blind spot!

BTW - my glass started to rattle a lot, contacted Dave Postuma @ A47 and he was very helpfull, turns out the screws attaching the motor to the A47 housing came loose, a lil loctite and everything is great again.

Congrats, looks great!

I may give that some consideration.

I didn't use loctite so I may take my glass off and redo that.

You mean you want them to look great and work great too?
Every choice in life is a trade-off: in this case form versus function.
