ok as the title says i put the switch to defroster and it comes out the defroster if i switch to floor it comes out there. for some reason when i switch on the A/C it will come out the ven and the defroster.

i need some info on where i could look for this problem, i dont know where the vacuum hoses are and then i was thinking the door isnt either opening or closing all the way.

i was thinking maybe just fisicaly open the door by hand and not move it after.

anyone have this problem and what it may or could be that is cuasing this issue.

the hose is on the passenger side firewall, under the hood. check it out for cracks or possibly broken t- fitting

If you've had the control panel out, you might also have pulled the yellow vaccum hose on the selctor switch going to the vacuum motor that controls the air to the dash.

There's a A/C vacuum on the firewall behind the upper intake manifold I found a crack line resently on mine in that area. Caused me to have to drive to work in 96 degree weather with no A/C or vent air.
