On a '94GT 5.0 and OBD1, do I want a distributer that is computer controlled compatible or is that not really necessary?

Is the computer system and fuel injection in tact? If you just want to drop the new distributor into the spot where the old one is, and the car is otherwise as it was when it came from Ford (at least ignition wise), you must use a computer controlled distributor (electronic advance) with remote TFI.

Thank you. That one looks good enough and it's a better price. Now I think I have what I need to compare to the other different choices out there.

My EFI and the rest of the ignition is pretty much the same with 24LB injectors and other little stuff like that.
