i am lookin at a yellow 99 gt convert 5 spd fully loaded with 77,000 km's 50,000 miles?and was wondering if there was anything that i should lookout for. i had a 99 gt conv but it was awhile ago and it was new so i had no probs that i didn't cause lol. the guy just called and said that he lowered it an inch, put a cold air intake, and flowmaster exhaust on it nad 18 inch rims. thanks

Not aware of any persistent problems w/that car - would check to see if the intake manifold is all plastic or has alum crossover where thermostat goes in. The all plastic manifolds have had cracking issues: http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?p=5131282#post5131282

cool thanks i'll hafta check that out. its going in for the safety at the nissan dealership it was at monday i kinda bought it i guess lol. i get a 30 day warranty so i can still check that out, thanks
