I doubt it. The only thing the boss intake does is direct the air in a more efficent manner. so if anything you could possibly pick up some but i wouldnt hold me to that

Thanks for the feedback, that is good to know. Got one on the way and was curious if there was a change. I should have some feedback on it after the holidays.
My car came with it stock, but I had an '11 F150 that I installed the Boss intake along with a custom tune. My highway MPG went up approx. 1 1/2 mpg, but that was on a F150 FX2, your mileage may vary.
