Anybody have black w/white stripes pics?

skunk colors? i would avoid black with a white stripe...

i'm open to other color stripes, but i need pics to decide.

The fancy black lady I just ordered should be here sometime this week....the dealership's putting 8" silver stripes on her...I'll post pics as soon as I can. Did see a black with RED stripes a few months ago...talk about hot!! Red was my first choice, but with all that satin silver interior (with the IUP)....didn't think it'd look right.

thanx for the link HTRN-SS. that's the striper link i was talking about that went down. i did see one with redfire stripes and it looked pretty good. as far as the white skunking the stang out, you may have a point! the darker gray stripes don't look too bad either....i was also thinking that with the rims, pony badges, pony insert, side louvers, tint, flowmasters, chrome handles and gas cap...that maybe stripes would be too much???....its nice to have decisions to ponder...now if i only had the car...............

If I was going to stripe a black car this would be the hot combo.

thanks all for the pics. can't wait to see the back blackhawk. i like the look on the front. are you going to put rocker stripe on too? sally i can't find HazMatLadder's gallery. any clues? keep em comin. the gold looks good too. this is why i'm having such a tough time deciding. do you think the gold stripes need some gold in the wheels to bring the look together?

Enjoy your car, I have to say though.. with the white on black, is like white on blue, looks amazing BUT........... you and everyone else can see the car from far away... can you say RADAR....

that's a negatory on the rocker stripes. the car originally had white rocker stripes and i peeled 'em off. i didn't want any white on the car. i don't think it fit with the other colors. i went dark gray with the 10" stripes because it matched my interior pretty closely, and it seemed to be more of an original color. i've seen too many white and silver striped black 05's. i wanted something a little different. don't get me wrong - i love the white, silver, or gold striped blackies.

thanx sally. his gallery is just what i was looking for. the white stands out nicely and looks great on the rockers against the black paint and chrome wheels. blackhawk, i was thinking a grey rocker stripe on yours..i was wondering if the "gt 300" lettering would stand out enough on the black paint. but, the stripes look great and are not too bold like the white. tough decision. i think the redfire and the gold are right in between the flashy of the white and the subtleness of the dk. grey. and blackhawk..whats with the redwing and the avalanche fight picture..got no goons of your own since probie checked into rehab! lol..lets go (first place) rangers!!

oh and as far as gettin pulled over by the man.....ptlm4life(patrolman for life)..with 18 years on the job, i got that end covered...pedal to the floor!!

I don't know about the stripe thing. The green looks awesome on the black but most of the colors make the front bumper look like a runny nose.

Definitely a stand-out look though. Except for the snot bumper, which, probably *no one* else would ever see, I really like the way these cars look with stripes. I bet the cops like it too. That white, with the red stripes? That combo leaps off the road and screams "PULL ME OVER!!!!" By that I mean it looks way fast without being more than a static photo! Very cool look.

Hey, my Dad grew up in Highland Park and Metuchen (Exit 10 )

And just to straighten you guys out? Go Caps. I used to go to a Caps/Rangers game every year back when I was in Maryland. Washington D.C. is our local team. Sort of like having to settle for Seattle for my local team now.... I live about 300 miles away but they are the closest thing to a real set of teams. Unfortunately, Seattle folks feel the same.

the blackhawks aren't my fave team. i like them, but i'm a penguin fan hiding my head in the sand until things get better (poor olcyk). i love that pic of roy and vernon duking it out in one of the best brawls in recent history. who doesn't love goalies duelling at center ice?
