Just curious because I've heard excellent things about Rust-Mort, then I've read some articles where Picklex was recommended over Rust-Mort as a better, more complete product. Anyone have any experience with both of these products?

Thanks!

One article I read about Rust-Mort talked about a white film if you put to much on. Have you ever had any adverse results from using it over the years?

i've used rust mort quite a bit. I've never heard of the other though. Rust mort will actually chemically change the rust and it will turn to a grey-white color, but after treating anything with a rust killer product you're going to want to seal with some paint anyway. I like rust-mort. Works for me

I've heard some say not to use it on exterior panels, and that a good primer will work just as well. One guy I talked to recommended using it in the hard-to-reach or cancer-prone places only.
