so I don't see the cam specs:headscratch:

unless I'm blind.

Well I guess my whole wanting to know came to mind cause I have a 302 block with crank. I was thinking about finding a 66-68. Would really like the 68 Fastback but we'll see what I can do, anyway was just brainstorming ideas for starting the enging build. Wanted to get a nice aggressive cam kinda like eleanor has.

I know, you two are going to start yelling at me lol, "NEVER build around a cam!":D

In think I wouldn't want to spend too much, would want carb on this too.

What you guys think of my whole idea, putting the 306 (after bore) in the oldschool mustang?

Nothing wrong with putting in the old school model. But the real one kinda had a big block. With a big cam.

I figured you'd get a kick out of that, Reg.

So do you guys think I should keep it Injected or go Carb?

To go EFI, would I have to modify something with the computer?

And what are some good pistons to go with for 306?

why would have to modify the computer....:headscratch:

to go carb you don't need a computer....

And what are some good pistons to go with for 306?
the type of piston will be base on you performance goals.....

so that needs to be decided before engine internals selection......

Which one you mean? The car examples or the one in the movie? The old movie (better one) or the remake? The old one had a Boss 351 and the remake car had a 428 I think.

Yeah the new one with Nicolas Cage, so yes the 428. At the end where he's in a "cool zone" the lope in the idle...oh man! So good. Send chills down my spine!

here is a clip of what I'm talking about.
