Anyone running the SLP "POWER FLO" mufflers?

Not the Loudmouths but the Power Flo's?
I called SLP and they say no drone...I can't believe that for a second but hey, I could be wrong.
I want something like everyone else, louder deep and just plain mean sounding.

Power Flo's the answer?

I went with the LMs. Loud but the drone is sometimes painful. Wish now I had done the power flo's.

Have you heard them in person?

Thy're new and the guy at SLP pasrts dept. says they are a little louder at idle but do come alive when you jump on it. Says not a bunch of drone. The best price I've found on these is $349.00.
But befoe ordering I'd like to know what they're really like.

Haven't heard them but if I can lose the drone, I may change at some point.

I installed the SLP PowerFlo's shortly after taking delivery. I'm not sure what you mean by "drone". I had chambered exhaust on my Corvette (= no mufflers), and it was god-awful loud. I love the PowerFlo's. I'll call it muscle with dignity. I did not pay $349 either. I goy a better deal on ebay.
