I have a 2011 Mustang V6 with the Auxiliary input.

I hook the ipod up and push the AUX button and try to scroll through the line, line in, etc but it doesnt change. It just stays on line in.

I have tried a couple of different cords and I know that they are okay, because they work in other cars.

Any suggestions?

All you should have to do is push the AUX button, then LINE appears on the screen. You should then be able to play music, unless you have some sort of different radio setup then my stock one.

mts10s, you left out a few steps. After pushing the AUX button:

Go to Menu and turn the radio tune button till you get to "select source", push OK, turn the radio button again till you see "sync line in". That should do it.

Do you have base or Sync setup? I know on my base radio ya just hit AUX and thats that. Can't speak for the upgraded unit.

I don't know anything about the sync unit, but in the base model once you hit AUX it should work fine however, if I'm not mistaken there is NO CONTROLLING of the ipod through the head unit, you must scroll through your play lists directly through the ipod itself, perhaps I could be mistaken?

Yes that is correct. With the AUX you control the iPod manually. If you have sync, there would a usb port in the console you can then control the iPod with voice commands and the menu.
