changed diff. oil and found out that it didnt have(limited slip)but the axle code is cd witch is 3.55 posi.Thanks for any info. car is a 2005 saleen sc.Thanks

CD is the Ford 3.55 limited slip differential.

It is a LSD. Standard on all GTs.

when I removed the diff. cover I saw it did not have the cluch pack that Iam not seeing .unless the 2005 up looks diff. then the older type limited slip I think that someone at the factory didnt install the posi.

Anything is possable. Did you try the old trun the wheel to see if they both turned the same direction?

Good idea... If they spin opposite, it's an open differential. But I hightly doubt that it is.
