I have a 2013 gt and was wondering if the bama tuner would calibrate the speedometer for any wheel size changes. I currently have the 18" wheels but am looking to get the 20" staggered setup. Thanks

Yes -- that's part of the tune. :)

yes, if you tell them what size, or i even think the tuner can change it at anytime without a new tune.

Halfadime,

We can definitely adjust for wheel/tire size within the tune. Just let us know what size wheel/tire your running when you submit your tune information and we'll hook you up! Or if you already have the Bama tuner just give my Bama team a call and they'll send you out a revision.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764!

Not trying to revive a dead thread but have a question regarding this topic:

Im running stock 18 tire size in the winter 235/50/18 and im switchin to staggered AMR 19s in the summer (245/45/19 front, 275/40/19 rear) and am wondering if I have to ask bama for a new custom tune every season? Is this something I can change my self on the hand-held device? Speedo calc. says im off by 1.5% too fast so not a big difference but its still gonna be off.

Thanks!

I kinda doubt they do it (just because) but my tuner unlocked this ability for me. I can change my speedo settings by myself when ever i want. For some reason i doubt they will have that open for your guys.

Steeda provides unlocked tunes, so you can tinker with all the settings, however tunes from Bama come locked down because of their Cylinder #8 warranty (no tinkering for you!). If you need to change your tire sizes, e-mail Bama and request additional sets of tunes with the tire sizes needed.

^ even if I have a 6?

Just sucks I will have to have two duplicate sets of tunes and load them up every season on the handheld.
