[1988 Stang 2.3]

I going to apologize because I posted a thread a few days and for some reason I can't reply to anyone :/

I pretty much need to know the band adjustments for my mustang. I think this is the reason why after the car warms up, the transmission won't pull. I think once the band's get some kind of heat, they expand and just don't catch anything to make the gears pull. I can rev up to around 3k rpm's and it will catch but it's not enough to even go 5 mph. I've seen that I can adjust my intermediate and OD bands but it's my first gear that doesn't catch (I don't go fast enough to even shift to second). So with that, I'm not sure if I can even fix the band's and solve my problem. Or if this is even the reason why it won't catch.

To reply there's a little box at the bottom that says quick reply you write in there then under it there's a little red button that says post quick reply....
