bbk thottle body
anyone know of rebuild kits for 70mm bbk body. mine leaks vacuum at thottle shaft& tps sensor. :scratchchin is there a web site or phone number for bbk or eldebrock??? thanks.

BBK won't sell replacement parts for their throttle bodies, I've looked into this myself and the best you can do is send it to them and have them rebuild it for you. This makes no sense to me at all, it'd take about a half hour to rebuild it yourself but nooo, you have to ship it to them to have them rebuild it. The cost of repair and shipping would cost about as much as a new throttle body... coincidence?

Time for a new TB... You can either go the cheaper route and get a Pro Products TB which should work just fine, or you can go with Accufab which is real good quality but high priced. I'd go with the cheaper one...
Not even counting the price, how about the downtime for the car being without a throttle body? Shipping time, then for them to get to it (you know they won't be in a rush to get it done), then shipping back.
