We don't do chips on these cars like on previous generations. You should look into an SCT X3 tuner from one of our forum vendors (Brenspeed or Tillman Speed). You can get good package deals if you purchase an intake at the same time. As for the mufflers, most go with the Flowmaster American Thunder which are 3 chamber mufflers.
Best ECU chip for my stang?
Hey guys. i'm sure there are plenty of threads about this scattered around this site, but I was wondering what the best ecu chip would be for my 2006 automatic mustang gt.
Another question I have is what flowmaster exhaust should I get for my gt? I want as much performance from them as possible. Obviously, same goes for the ecu chip.

It tunes the PCM to take advantage of fuel & timing. Combined with an intake you could see as much as 22 rwhp.what does a SCT X3 tuner do? I looked it up and found one for just under $400. Is this a good deal? And what kind of performance am I goign to see from it?
