Best ECU chip for my stang?

Hey guys. i'm sure there are plenty of threads about this scattered around this site, but I was wondering what the best ecu chip would be for my 2006 automatic mustang gt.

Another question I have is what flowmaster exhaust should I get for my gt? I want as much performance from them as possible. Obviously, same goes for the ecu chip.

what does a SCT X3 tuner do? I looked it up and found one for just under $400. Is this a good deal? And what kind of performance am I goign to see from it?
