Blue Oval Industries Directional Mirrors. How to wire them please!

Well I was one of the lucky people to grab a set at Carlisle for very cheap, unlucky part was that it had no instructions with it! I have tried to reach them on multiple occasions for help but their phone is always busy [ I will keep trying next week, just looking for some pointers or diys on this if someone has done it.

I bought the Direction Mirrors in Smoke...and came with some splicing stuff including black and red cable attached to itself......so far I've tried wiring it the red to the parking lights green/black cable with a splice connector and grounding the black wire....the green and black wire runs right into the door so it save me the hassle of running the cable.

What am I doing wrong? Has anyone else install these? Just help me out please since I'm pretty much out of ideas
