When I put on brakes, from speeds above 40 mph, the wheel pulls one way or the other. It doesn't do it all the time, so i think the outside temperture and weather has something to do with it. I think it may be the brakes, but I'm not sure. Any help on the problem? Thanx..

Could be alignment, a sticky caliper, wheel bearing, suspension . ..

take it to a shop, soon.

sounds like un even wear on the rotors and pads, when you hit the brakes it will pull to the left mainly or the right slightly. way to tell is to put it up on a lift or jack it up and remove on wheel from the front and check out the rotor.
