Broken Wheel Stud!

I have a 89 Stang, with the usual 4 lug drum brakes in the rear.... Well I was going to rotate my rear tires so I dont burn up the passenger side rear to quick.... well, on the second lug, I broke the lug and stud off completly!

I was just woundering if it is possible to driveit safely on three studs for a week untill I have the time and money to repair it?

It should be fine as long as you dont drive on it for a prolonged lperiod of time. I would not drive on it more than a week if it were me. Kind of like a donut tire. Drive on it long enough to get the other one fixed.
