Built Top end or turbo for my Sn95

Hello, I figure this is probably a matter of opinion at the end of the day. But to get to the point I have purchased a built bottom end including forged internals and a dart 347 block. My question is I have about 5k left in my budget for the engine. Should I just invest that into my top end and have a solid motor or could I just go with a turbo kit and use the stock top end? My goals are to have about 600hp at the wheels. Ik this isn't possible right now but it is my end goal and if i do decide to build the top end i would like to build it in mind for boost. my concerns are I'm not sure if I would have an issue with the stock heads dropping a valve due to the hp that I would be making with the turbo and built bottom end. If there are any other risks that you guys can think of I would like to know. I'm not very knowledgeable about the subject so I would love to have some pros and cons and just your guy's opinions. Or even if you guys know of some good combos that would be awesome. This car is just going to be a weekend warrior with a small amount of track time. Anything would help thank you guys in advance

A turbo 347 breathing through stock heads and intake doesn't sound like much fun to me. I like engines that make power all the way to the right side of the tach and that combo is gonna make gobs of mid range torque before falling on its face at pretty low RPM like an old truck 460.
Obviously my suggestion is to do the top end and have fun banging off 7000 RPM shifts while saving for forced induction.

Right on Hazey! You have to lower the compression for boost, so “building it for the future “ will be a downgrade in the present. Build it natural aspiration. You can make gobs of horsepower with it done right. With your remaining budget you can get some nice pieces to achieve your goal. Good luck and keep us posted!
